Fashion industry expert with a decade of experience in design, product development, and merchandising, specializing in Web 3.0 and extended reality strategies. Leveraging nine years of leadership in higher education, Camille bridges cultural, brand, and technological gaps, catering to contemporary consumer needs. Notable achievements include presenting on digital commerce trends for Design Philadelphia, advising winning fashion scholarship funds such as "The Camellia Collective" for the Fashion Scholarship Fund, and raising funds for charities through student-led pop-up shops. Additionally, she has directed immersive study abroad programs through partnerships with the Paris American Academy and CIEE, developed innovative courses, mentored students to industry success through programs like Windows Wear Mentorship, and published in the Business Education Innovation Journal.

Her leadership skills are evident in her tenure as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Thomas Jefferson University and as an Adjunct Professor at LIM College and Harcum College. She has guided students through the complexities of product development, global supply chains, and market research, partnering with industry giants like Fashion Nova, Levi’s, and Zara to implement contemporary sustainability practices.

Camille’s comprehensive background also includes roles as a Merchandiser and Merchandise Coordinator, where she demonstrated her prowess in merchandising operations and vendor relations. As a designer and entrepreneur, she launched and successfully ran Blush!R2W, a contemporary women’s clothing brand featured in national boutiques. Her experience also includes design, merchandising, and retailing with Calvin Klein, Lacoste, and Godiva.

Camille holds a Master’s degree in Global Fashion Enterprise from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Arts & Communication from Pennsylvania State University. She is certified in Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Social & Behavioral Research from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative.
