Greetings, Dear Reader! Welcome back to our Book of the Month! Today, I'm excited to get back on track by sharing my latest favorite read, Change your Questions, Change Your Life by Merilee Adams. This book has completely captured my attention and I can't wait for you to experience it too. As usual, I have a stack of books next to my bed, including The Covenant of Water, Behind The Cloud, Breath, Anita Roddicks Body and Soul (a book that highly inspired me many years ago), to name a few....and forget the list on my Kindle- my library is neverending! Reading is one of my favorite things to do. It's like having an escape portal, a University and private mentor all at your fingertips. It's no surprise that I also love discussing books and sharing my favorites, so here is my pick for May 2024!

The Question Thinking™ Model: Adams introduces the Question Thinking™ Model, which consists of two primary questions: "Judger" and "Learner" questions. Judger questions focus on blame, criticism, and limitations, while Learner questions promote curiosity, growth, and innovation.

Shifting Perspectives: The book guides us through exercises and examples to help you recognize when you are operating from a Judger mindset and how to move towards a Learner mindset. This shift enables individuals to approach challenges with openness, creativity, and resilience. After learning about these two perspectives, I realize how often I am in the Judger mindset!! Just becoming aware of this has provided me with a very simple method to shift my thinking into a positive mindset..
